Cotisations due for staff that I don’t have?

I have received a letter from Institutions de la Coiffure and from what I can make out from the letter is asking me for cotisations due for staff that I don’t have, as I am registered Coiffeur a Domicile. On the back of the letter it gives me options, one of which is to say that I am doing my business without any staff, and to stop my account. I can ask for it to be reopened if I wish. I assume that I answer yes to this question and pay my cotisations online as normal.
