Cotisation Fonciere des entreprises 2020

I’m leaving France to return to the UK before the end of the year and I’ll also stop being a micro-entrepreneur before the end of the year, although I’ve not done this yet.

Recently I received a form with the above title, given my circumstances and that it is for 2020, can I safely ignore this?
