Cotisation Fonciere des Entreprises?

I have read your topic about this CET tax and I am a bit confused. I received the tax form today saying I owe 201 euros. I am sure I filled out my original form according to your instructions so that I would not have to pay it. My original declaration states the following: Vous avez opte pour le versement liberatoire de l’impot sur le revenu calcule sur le chiffre d’affaires. Isn’t this the right thing to exonerate me from this tax for 3 years?
