Costs for an auto-entrepreneur cleaner and property manager?

My partner wants to set-up as a cleaning lady / property manager and I’m assuming this can be done under the auto-entrepreneur scheme. What would be the charges involved both to set up and also the ongoing costs / social charges under this category. Also can an auto-entrepreneur trade from office premises - assuming most people trade from home?
