Cost of a permis d’exploitation for chambres d’hotes?

I have been looking through the questions asked on your forum about chambres d’hotes in France, and noticed you said you had to do a permis d’exploitation course in order to get a licence petite restauration, and that it cost about 600 euros for this course. This seems expensive for a small chambres d’hotes business.

I have found a course, which looks as though it has government approval, which is much less expensive. The company providing the course is called Le Moins Cher en Formation, and it’s cheaper for people needing one for chambres d’hotes - around 249 euros I think. Do you know of this company and are they legitimate?
