Correcting field of activity with URSSAF I getting a refund I getting funds from fonds de solidarité

Hi Valerie,
do you remember my absolutely messed up case, where we have been in touch in November and December?
In the meantime URSSAF has managed to redo my account and I had sent them the declarations for the years 2017 til 2020 all over. Today I checked their figures with my declarations and found that I made a mistake in 1er trimestre 2019, so I sent them a correction (rectificatif) today, I had put the figures into the wrong lines, so they came up with a different calculation. But mine was correct regarding the total calculation, just that I put sales into the services line and v.v., so I am optimistic that this will be corrected on their end.
I have also asked them when they will be able to register the amounts I have paid to them. As it stands now I think I overpaid minimum 1.000 € if not more and I have no clue how they will adjust the money they sent to everybody as a covid help in April 2020? But that is maybe not the most important issue.

More importantly: you remember they sent me to the Chambre de Metiers to have my field of activity adjusted (corrected), they were not in charge and sent the document to the Chambre de Commerce, who declared that they were not in charge and the whole matter was sent back to the URSSAF. They said somewhere they would make those changes as soon as possible.
Now I am asking myself where I can verify that they did do that? I looked up my SIREN the other day and could not find out if URSSAF made a correction?
I wrote so many emails to them as well as to the tax office, but there is no result yet I am afraid. After 4 months dealing with this.
When you spoke to URSSAF in Strasbourg and had them correct their mistake, did they say anything to you when the mistake has occurred and why? I understand it has been wrong from the beginning (still I wonder why in the beginning I had been able to open and access an account on their website and then it just wouldn’t work anymore.
Still the tax office does not seem to have the right information about my field of activity since 2018, which is travel/tourism business and I am still exchanging endless messages with them to get funds from the fonds de solidarité. It has come to the point that I had to request RSA and a contribution to pay rent here… of course that will not be fast either.

What do you suggest that I do now? I don’t think I can afford to hire a tax advisor here and I am not sure whether they would be helpful to bring light into this matter?
I appreciate your comments… I did try to make an appointment with them in Strasbourg, which they said I do not need to do.
Amid trying to generate some business for the future (travel plans are made well in advance, but of course chances in this time are not very promising, I have customers for July and November, nothing compared to 2019…)
Thanks for your help!
I’ll post this again in your forum, but wanted you to be aware that we spoke about this rather complex matter before.

Also my request for funds from the fonds de solidarité for November 2020 was again rejected, maybe I am wrong, but I thought that it would be given to auto-entrepreneurs who have lost a certain part of revenue. My revenue in Nov 2019 was 2.142,—and zero in 2020, but I got a small pension from Germany for that month…

Thanks again,
Marion
