Correct legal set-up for a property manager?

I currently look after holiday homes on behalf their owners, manage the arrival and departure of their guests and third-party cleaning of the properties. I also, from time to time, help the owners find guests to stay in their holiday homes. Can you advise how best I should set up this activity?
