Copie de votre dernier avis d’imposition

Hi, I’m considering applying for a loan with my bank and they have asked for among other things a ‘Copie de votre dernier avis d’imposition’.
As I am a micro-entrepreneur and do everything so far through URSSAF since I started Jan 2020 what would I provide?
Having not yet submitted a declaration des revenus 2020 (cerfa2042) I am still unsure what is required.
Do you still have to declare to both because I thought URSSAF dealt with all taxation for auto-As (apart from Cotisation Foncieres des Entreprises).
