Confusion regarding Mutuelle

I have been set-up as an auto-entrepreneur for just over a year and it seems to work well. My question relates to the Mutuelle - I am affiliated to RSI who cover the Carte Vitale side of things (please correct me if I am wrong in thinking this). I also have a mutuelle through our bank with PACIFICA who are supposed to cover the additional top-up, even though we have received nothing for some time. I am slightly confused as I have been receiving payments from PREVADIES. Does anyone know who they are? I have looked on the web and it appears they are a mutuelle.
