Conditions Générales de Vente template for services

I’m trying to produce Conditions Générales de Vente from online templates, for my in person mosaic class business at my home. (I sell a single session for 30 Euros or a pack of ten for 300 Euros offering one class free.)
Most of the online templates seem to talk only of selling products and not services. (I am profession liberal and sell a service because I am teaching, APE code 9609Z Autres services personnels n.c.a.)
Can you suggest an online template which would be suitable for my business?
