Compulsory 5 day training for artisan in France

I am hoping to setup a gardening/handyman business early next year. I am concerned with the 5 day training as my French language skills are not up to much at the moment. I have seen a website that seems to offer the 30 hrs training remotely.
Perhaps this would be an easier route for non French speakers, also could this then be completed just before moving to France. Any help regarding this would be great.
