Completion of CFE section D 2013

I’ve registered as an auto-entrepreneur in December 2012 and I’m attempting to fill out this form. I will be working from home in the house garage as a mecanique autos until I am established sufficiently to acquire a premise of my own. I have ticked question 16 as I feel this is the only part that applies to myself. Please could you advise if this is correct?
