Completing cotisation fonciere des enterprises (CFE) 2017

I am trying to fill out my cotisation fonciere des enterprises (PDF) 2017. I started trading as a cleaner in private homes and gites in March 2016 and my husband is aconjoint collaborateur. I am unsure what to tick on section D exoneration et abattement.

I have read your blog on this matter and I think I should tick section 5 but I am not sure if I should tick anything else?
