Complementary therapies / reflexology

I would like to set up under auto-entrepreneur as a reflexologist, I was trained in Ireland and hold a diploma, would I have to get this translated? It’s early days yet and I have just started wading through this mine-field. My husband and I have a micro- bic gardening business and are with MSA, we already have the insurance etc and carte vitale, would this be a problem, by me setting this Auto-entrepreneur regime etc? would I have to pay more in cotistations? Is reflexology unregulated?
