Commercant or artisan?

I am all set to make my first declaration on Net Entreprises. My problem now is that I am registered as an artisan and I think it should be a commercant. I prepare and sell meals, like a take away catering service. Who do I need to speak to concerning this, as obviously it effects the amount of social charges I will have to pay?
