Code for management of gites?
I am planning to register as an auto-entrepreneur to provide services for short-term holiday let gite owners, mainly for those who live abroad. Basically this is a combination of services: to look after the tourists staying in the private holiday property and to look after the property itself. For both activities I will bill a property owner. The services will include: meet and greet paying guests upon arrival, provide the guests with info about the resort, checking the property upon guests’ departure and dealing with a security deposit, arranging cleaning at changeover days and laundry.
I will also provide property security checks, maintenance, arranging repairs and gardening services etc. What activity code should I choose in the application form? I think that many companies and individuals provide this type of services, but I was not able to find a suitable code in Intitule de l’activite.
