Closing the auto-entrepreneur regime

Hi! I’d like to close the auto-entrepreneur regime, since I found a job and I no longer need it.

1. How do I close it?
2. Is the assurance maladie automatically closed as well? Right now, I need to transfer my dossier to the new assurance by the new employer, but I’m not sure if that happens automatically or I should do it.
3. Will I loose access to net enterprises once I close the auto-entrepreneur regime? I still have April to declare for the next trimester.
