Closing down Micro entrepreneur - Will I be able to register again in future?

Hi Valerie,

I am thinking about closing my micro entrepreneur business (profession libérale) as I have recently started looking for full-time employment.

My questions are:

How can I close it properly?
In future, I would like to take a freelance project while working full-time if time allows. Is there any rules regarding closing business and reregister myself as a micro-entrepreneur again?; for instance, I am not allowed to reregister again within a certain time period, etc??
Is there anything I should be aware of such as taxes or fees I should pay to the authorities?
