Close down SARL and staff redundancy costs?

We have a SARL which is owned 50/50 between my husband and his business partner. For one reason and another we are closing the SARL at the end of the year, mainly due to finances. I am an employee of the company and my position will be made reduntant. How does this work and how much will it cost the company? Also how much will we expect to pay to close the company and how long does it take?
