Classifying teaching English activities?

URSSAF gave me this web address to download the Modification of Activity form P2-P4. I have two activities now and I want to add a third, cours particuliers[, which I have started giving in my home. In the future, I will teach a course in English to a group of adults, and this will take place at various locations. Does teaching adults in a group qualify as a 4th activity and if so, what would that be called?
