Clarity needed over VAT threshold

Hi, I am aware that the 2025 finance law reduced the threshold for VAT registration, but that this was put on hold. I know the 2026 finance law is under discussion at the moment. However, what I am struggling to find is clear information on what the current, actual threshold is to register for VAT, in the absence of any implemented legal changes.

I don’t think I will reach it this year as I only started my business in August and due to URSSAF delays will only be able to start invoicing clients from this month. However, I would like to know what figure I am keeping an eye out for until there is any news of any actual changes. Thanks.
