Choosing an activity code for a fishing business in France?

In 2011 I would very much like to set up a small fishing holiday business based around a lake my father owns. Since he already runs a similar business on an adjacent lake and I obviously want to keep our two businesses completely separate to avoid problems in the event of a controle. Clients will pay for the use of the entire lake for a week (with a maximum of 4 people), the main/sole attraction being the fishing. They will be camping on the lakeside, but I certainly wouldn’t consider it a camp-site. However, must I declare that I am running a camp-site?

As although I plan to somehow provide toilet facilities, it would be a big complication to have to meet the Conditions sanitaires minimales stated on the APCE website, in such a remote location. The easiest option whether I must register as a camp-site or not, would be to share the facilities my father provides for his clients, however I fear this would create too large a crossover between the two businesses and I would be seen as a disguised employee, would that be correct?
