Cheque Emploi and Micro entrepreneur

Would working for customers via chèque emploi for the short term be an acceptable way of getting into the French tax and health system as quickly as possible while I get my Auto-entrepreneur handyman/ gardening business setup. I understand that this can take some time with the SPI training course and would like to be earning something as soon as I arrive in France next year. Are there any issues with doing this or does it complicate Tax and health registration numbers etc.
