Cheque emploi and auto-entrepreneur?

I’m already registered as auto-entrepreneur for gite management/cleaning type activities. I’ve started working for someone else a couple of times a week and they use the cheque employ system and seem keen to continue it for me. Does that create any problems for me? Is it even necessary for them to pay me in that way if I’m already auto-entrepreneur registered?
