Checking a couple of things re URSSAF declarations

I have a couple of Qs having just filed my Q1 URSSAF return:

1. I am a Micro Entrepreneur working as a coach and artistic consultant. Up until now I’ve been filling in my income in the third box on the URSSAF return (‘Chiffre d’affaires des autres prestations de services’)

I just wanted to check this is correct, as I’m unclear the difference between this and ‘Chiffre d’affaires des prestations de services commerciales ou artisanales’...?

2. Secondly, a small amount is taken for ‘Formation profession liberale obligatoire’. What is this - is it a fund Micro Entrepreneurs should be using towards prof development somehow?
