I have re-registered as an auto-entrepreneur in June 2013 after opting out a year previously. As far as I was concerned all was well as I received back my declaration and sent a signed copy by post. I then received a email about online declarations of income with which I was already familiar. Net-Entreprises also wrote to me informing me of the re-activation of my account with them, On 21st August I received an email from RSI requesting precise information on my job title, to which I replied immediately.

On 2nd September I received a letter from URSSAF with a new Siret number asking for 3 payments of €775 for cotisations. When I rang URSSAF about this they could find no trace of the file number or my details on their computer. I returned a copy of the letter immediately, as requested, informing them that I had re-registered as an auto-entrepreneur and quoting my original Siret number. Since then nothing from URSSAF.

Last week I received a demand from RSI to pay €231 to Harmonie Mutuelle. No mention what this amount was for. Harmonie Mutuelle was the company I chose for my complementaire for retirement only. However I wish to remain with the regime general of my wife for normal sickness cover. As I declared that my work as an auto-entrepreneur was not my principal work I am entitled to do this.

Now I have received a letter from Harmonie Mutuelle requesting me to declare my doctor for my registration as a profession independant. Is this part of the auto-entrepreneur scheme or is RSI treating me as an entreprise? I have emailed RSI through the auto-entrepreneur website, but with no reply so far. If you can understand all this please give me your advice.
