Changed address - do I need to fill in a new CFE form?

I have moved address in the last few weeks, do I need to download and submit a new CFE paper form telling them of my new business address?  I have already informed them that I have moved, and they have confirmed my business now registered in my new address, but at the end of last year I had to submit a CFE form, and I’m unsure if I have to do that every year, just once, or everytime I move house?
