Change of Status for AE

When I registered for my AE, I was working a full time job (CDI). My AE was a secondary activity. I was granted a rupture conventionnelle. It is my understanding, that I will be able to receive unemployment benefits.

  1. How will changing my AE activity from secondary to primary affect the unemployment benefits ?
  2. Since the activity will now be primary, can this be considered starting a new business ?
