Change of SIRET number & declarations

We moved from dept 82 Tarn et Garonne to dept 24 Dordogne. I have received a new SIRET number, where the last 2 x digits have now changed. Which website do I use to make my quarterly social charge declarations now ? I have got rather confused between RSI, URSSAF, l’autotrepreneur etc…..! Any help appreciated !
