Change of address & new SIRET number

I work from home so my business and personal address are the same. I moved back in November 2021 (I know, it’s nearly a year ago!) and haven’t updated my address yet.

Please can you let me know who I should contact to update this? Last time I moved I did it via Urssaf and then had to do it separately through Guichet Entreprises but I wondered if it’s possible to do in just one place? The new address has been noted on my recent impots tax return.

I ended up being given a new SIRET number which messed up me being able to submit my quarterly Urssaf cotistations and I’m concerned the same will happen as I’m moving back into the place I moved from before (neighbouring towns).
