Change of address for artisan and info-siren?
My husband is a registered artisan business in France since 2007. We moved house five years ago and changed our address with gouv.fr. Someone then told us that when they looked up my husband for some work on the chambre de metiers our address and phone number were our old address.
So I emailed the chambre de mettiers and asked them to change our address and phone number. They wrote back to us saying my husband’s SIRET has now changed and we had to pay for the change of address which we did. Then we received a letter and form to fill in regarding my husband’s CFE.
Then today I have received another letter from Info-siren demanding 198 euros for what I can see is registering a new business - Is this normal? We only updated our address and phone number and this is not a new business and we are still in the same commune. I can scan the letters to you if needed.
