Change from micro entreprise to regime micro social?

I have decided to change my business of 5 years from a micro entreprise to the new regime micro social. Mainly so I pay my social charges according to your current actual turnover. I have completed the on line form today and so now in the process of waiting. Do I need to contact the Chamber Des Metiers, RSI and URSSAF to tell them the regime is changing – if so are there any templates that can be used? I currently have my Cotisations for 2009 from RSI and URSSAF, do I still need to pay these?
