I have received a formal notice that I need to fill in and send this document in 30 days or be fined but no info or link to where I can find the document.
Searching on the site imots.gouv.fr I found a form https://www.impots.gouv.fr/portail/files/formulaires/1447-c-sd/2019/1447-c-sd_2775.pdf but looks very confusing. Is this the correct one and is there any filled in example that I can use or a guide to how to do it ?
