CFE with Domiciliation

I have some doubts on how to fill out the CFE form as I have domiciled the biz in Paris while living elsewhere. As I only registered in September I have not started my business yet and had no income 2025. I am also moving, so I think this year I should leave it as one location. But what about following years? Also where do I fill out and submit the CFE form? I could not see anything while logged in to my impôts professional site. Thanks.
