CFE form questions?

I noted in your article on how to fill in the CFE form that you wanted individual questions posted in the forums, so I have some questions relating to the form.

Tick CFE 24 “Entreprises nouvelles bénéfiçiant art 1464B du CGI” for new businesses in 2010

Who should tick this, all new businesses? I was also wondering what the difference between CFE and CVAE are? If needing to tick one of these relating to ZFU, which I believe I am located in, who could confirm to me that I am indeed in a ZFU? Is this even worth bothering with given the exemption you mentioned for auto-entrepreneur’s. Should we still send the accompayning letter with the form, mentioning the change in Law for auto-entrepreneur’s?
