CFE exoneration for first year in business

I just read in https://entreprendre.service-public.fr/vosdroits/F23999 that to be exempt of paying the CFE for the first year as an autoentrepreneur you have to complete the https://www.impots.gouv.fr/formulaire/1447-c-sd/declaration-initiale-de-cotisation-fonciere-des-entreprises form.

Is that correct? Do you have any tutorial/guide or pre-filled form I could send to the tax office?
