CESU or URSSAF for holiday rental business

I have a holiday rental business, previously I’ve employed our guardians through CESU. Is this the correct way to be paying for them. They look after the estate and the house, as well as doing the changeovers for our guests. I like CESU, it is easy to understand and is simple to use. Are there restrictions on using CESU if you have a Siret number and are registered as a Location Meublee Non Professionnelle?
