Cessation D’activite: Declaration De Revenus

I received the above document this week telling me that I stopped my activite de travailleur le 31/12/09. I am supposed to fill it in for last year. I changed from the micro bic to the Auto Entrepreneur from 1st January 2010. I have the papers relating to the change. Can you tell me what this is? RSI never cease to amaze me. Does it mean I have no activite at all, now?
