Hi All,
I understand I’m going to need the following certification/qualifications in order to operate our business of a pub/restaurant.
1. Permis d’exploitation
2. HACCP

Any advice on this point is appreciated but the specific questions are as follows.
1. Which person in the business requires Permis d’exploitation certification?
2. Which person in the business requires HACCP certification?
