After submitting my identity documents, birth certificate etc to CPAM, they have replied asking me to fill out and return a CERFA 15763*02 form. I noticed this was not detailed in your manage your AE registration course. I can see the form asks for my identity as usual and also my situation of employment. On the back of the form it asks for a “Une photocopie de troute piece justificant de cette situation, par example voter contract de travailou un bulletin de paie”. I have not made my first declarations regarding tax or social security yet what can I send the as an AE for proof of work?
