Catering in the Alps

I currently live in the Alps and am looking to offer a bespoke catering service for privatley owned and self catered chalets. It would involve shopping then cooking meals for guests at different chalets. I would really appreciate any advise I can get on how and if this is at all possible with health & hygeine laws and what if any qualifications I would need and what Insurance I could take out.
