Category for home stay English teaching?

I am going to start being what is called a homestay host where French adults or youngsters come to stay for either a weekend or week for total immersion english. Formal lessons can be part of the package, so I am unsure of which category to register in, as I am providing accommodation and lessons? If I decide to test the market for a while am I right in thinking that to accept the cheque d’emploi system I don’t have to register or do anything else?
