Can you register yourself for multi auto-entrepreneur in France?

Having moved to France and continuing with a major business renovation, which will eventually enable me to have a gite / apartment complex. I now find myself in the situation that I will need to take on work in France to enable me to continue living here. I have a dilemma with this. My qualifications enable me to have work as a builder or take work within the computer industry, i.e. website design, networking, hosting, repairing and training etc. Can I register myself under two separate auto-entrepreneur business codes?
