Can you have an auto entrepreneurs and a SASU in the same family?

I am currently selling products online with the status of auto-entrepreneur. The business is going well, so I am at the point to decide which kind of company to open.

Talking with my husband, we think the best solution would be if I keep a low profile and remain with my status of auto-entrepreneur, selling only few products. He will open on his name a SASU. In this case, the SASU will be involved in same sort of business (online sales ) and same sort of product category. To differentiate, we can avoid selling exactly the same products.

The situation described above, is considered to be fine or there is some sort of rule/regulation that forbids it? Can you please give us some information about it?
