Can we offer special events at our Chateau

If we are operating our Chateau as Bed and Breakfast accommodation and with a Table d’Hote, are we also allowed to have special functions at the Chateau that members of the public can attend? I am referring to things such as wine tasting evenings, games evenings, etc. that we charge a fee for? If so, are we allowed to serve food platters as part of such events without breaking the rules about “serving meals to the passing trade”?
