Can we both be Auto-Entrepreneur doing the same activity?

We’re just considering whether it would be feasible for me to register as an auto-entrepreneur in my own right if I were to carry out the same activity as my husband (albeit on a part time basis) and to have my own clients. Would this be ok for both of us to be registered separately or could it be considered that as we are in the same field of business we are working together?
