Can someone else working under my siret number as an auto-entrepreneur?

Is it possible to have someone working along side me? I am registered as Autres Services Personnels APE code 96.09Z and this covers cleaning, small DIY, i.e. hommes toutes mains and small gardening jobs. Could they apply for a carte vitale on this basis or would they have to register themselves and apply for separately.
