Can I work employed and self-employed at the same time?

I am moving to France soon and been offered a job as a mini bus driver. At the same time I want to set up an auto-entrepreneur business, reselling goods. Is it possible to merge the two and work for the transfer company and for myself under the same auto-entrepreneur business? If yes, which organisation should I register my business with? If it was not, do I pay social charges after both incomes and which health care organisation would be my primary?
