Can I use a boite postale on form TPL in France?

I have formed a SARL Merchands de biens immobiliers business here in France to develop and sell a building we have bought. The TPL form says I must reply within 10 days (from two months’ ago!) is this a problem? Also as we do not have an office but only a boite postale in the building itself, can I put this as the address and not insert the dimensions of the office?
