Can I transfer my auto-entrepreneur pension funds when I leave France?

I have just received my SIRET number following my application to become an auto-entrepreneur. However, I am now also receiving letters from organisations saying I must adhere to une institution de retraite complementaire. Is there any way of opting out of this? I already have a private pension fund in another country (which is not part of the EU). If it is not optional, and I have to do this - will I be able to transfer these funds into my other main fund when I leave France?
